The Role: We're looking for a Senior Technology Operations Manager to lead the delivery and optimisation of operational processes across installations, support, and training functions. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role at the heart of the business—ensuring world-class service delivery and flawless product rollouts. You'll be instrumental in bridging technical operations with strategic planning, driving efficiency, and scaling service functions to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all technical operations, including product installations, customer support, and training services.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—comfortable leading at both a high and detailed level.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale product rollouts.
- Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills.
- Confident leveraging technology and analytics to drive operational efficiency.
