My client is expanding and seeking a Senior Business Process & Project Manager to lead business transformation initiatives, manage system implementations, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to manage end-to-end projects, optimise processes, and drive strategic change.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

The Role
As a Senior Business Process & Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Define and document business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee system implementations, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring project success.
- Ensure ISO27001 compliance and adherence to best practices in system management.
- Develop training materials and user guides to support new system adoption.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure system performance and issue resolution.
About You
You're a great fit if you have:
- A 3rd level qualification or equivalent project management/business process experience.
- Proven experience leading business process improvement and system implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and change management skills.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential)
- Experience with business intelligence tools or data analytics.
- Knowledge of automated process mapping tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based business applications.
