The Role A strategic Product Manager position with full ownership of a client-facing digital platform, as it evolves from a client interface into a sophisticated self-service, workflow automation and intelligence platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap and backlog, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales Engineering and Client Success teams to improve how clients request services, track delivery, access operational insights and engage with the business. This role suits a commercially aware, technically fluent Product Manager who thrives on translating complex business and client needs into scalable, measurable product outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and success measures end to end Drive workflow automation, self-service ordering, delivery visibility and client adoption across the platform Translate business and client needs into clear requirements, user stories, release plans and stakeholder communications Partner with Engineering, Delivery, Operations and Sales Engineering to deliver scalable platform capabilities Use data, client feedback and operational metrics to prioritise product investments and roadmap decisions Support future opportunities across APIs, analytics, data storefronts, AI-enabled workflows and digital commercialisation Drive platform adoption through enablement, communication and stakeholder engagement Connect product priorities to efficiency, adoption, revenue, margin and client value What You'll Need Essential: Proven product management experience with B2B platforms, client portals, SaaS, workflow products, digital commerce or operational systems Strong roadmap, backlog and requirements management discipline Ability to simplify complex workflows and convert them into scalable, well-defined product capabilities Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical, operational and client-facing teams Commercial awareness with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes Practical AI fluency with disciplined use of data protection, validation and accountability Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones including EMEA, US and APAC UK work authorisation Desirable: Experience within financial services, capital markets or fintech environments Familiarity with APIs, data platforms or digital commerce capabilities Experience with analytics and operational intelligence products Why Apply?
