We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire a Senior Manager, Outbound Sales to lead and scale their proactive revenue engine across the UK. Reporting to the UK Regional Director, this is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the outbound strategy. You’ll be responsible for aligning people, process and data to drive new logo acquisition, expand key markets, and build a predictable, scalable revenue motion. You’ll lead a multi-tiered sales organisation spanning Field Managers, Field Account Executives and Strategic / Enterprise Account Executives, bringing together high-velocity sales and complex enterprise motions into one cohesive outbound engine.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of sales managers and senior individual contributors
- Designing and executing vertical-specific outbound strategies, with a strong focus on Hospitality
- Identifying and winning high-value competitive switch opportunities
- Building and optimising outbound motions including prospecting, social selling and ABM alignment
- Owning forecasting and revenue performance, using modern sales and revenue intelligence tools
- Acting as a strategic partner on must-win deals, including executive-level customer engagement
- Partnering with Marketing and Product to localise outbound messaging across UK
