The Role:

This is a commercially focused position for a Management Accountant who wants to use numbers to inform decisions, drive profitability and shape the direction of a growing manufacturing operation. You will own the full management accounting function for multiple departments within the group. This means producing the numbers, interpreting them, challenging performance and presenting clear financial insight to operational and senior stakeholders who will act on what you tell them. From cost accounting and variance analysis through to budgeting, forecasting and business planning, you will be the finance voice in operational conversations. You will work closely with sales and operations, turning financial data into clear commercial narratives that drive better decisions and support the growth agenda of the business.
