Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst looking to drive process improvement and system optimisation in a growing organisation? My client is expanding and is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to enhance business solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless system integration. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale business transformation projects, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

The Role
- Lead the identification and implementation of opportunities to enhance business solutions.
- Act as the key liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Optimise system usage and drive continuous improvement across business functions.
- Oversee system development, integration, and deployment, ensuring business readiness.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards and adhere to project management best practices.
- Support user training and develop documentation to enhance adoption of new systems.
- Manage system testing, including integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Take ownership of business process mapping and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure system performance and resolution of issues.
About You
You’re a great fit if you have:
- A 3rd level qualification or equivalent business experience.
- Experience in business process analysis and system optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ISO27001 compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential)
- Experience in business intelligence tools or data analytics.
