The Role
- You'll take ownership of backend services and platform architecture, helping to design and deliver highly scalable systems that support real-time data processing, integrations and cloud-native applications.

What You'll Bring

- 5 years of commercial backend development experience
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise
- Experience building and scaling RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time communication systems
- Experience with Redis, caching and messaging patterns
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Exposure to queue-based or event-driven architectures
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Strong understanding of system reliability, monitoring and observability
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
