We're hiring for a growing tech business delivering into public sector and enterprise clients. This role isn't about selling; it's about making the sales team better. My client is looking for someone to sharpen the edge - bring structure, energy, insight, and a high-performance mindset to a proven commercial team.
The role
- Coach and support high-performing (and high-pressure) sales teams
- Own onboarding, enablement, and performance frameworks
- Improve the way we scope, package and pitch our solutions
- Spot inefficiencies and coach around them - cadence, pipeline, tooling, activity, messaging
- Run forecasting rhythms, pipeline reviews, and deal progression
- Tighten CRM hygiene, reinforce accountability, and protect margin
- Help leadership scale team behaviour without losing quality
You should apply if you:
- Have enabled or managed sales teams in software or consulting
- Understand how to sell into regulated environments
- Are commercially sharp, you know the deal mechanics, but you're not carrying a quota
- Use insight to lead - numbers, patterns, gaps, velocity, risk
- Know how to build trust, lead through influence, and turn process into progress
- Are steady in chaos, you can scale what works without breaking what doesn't
Bonus points if you:
- Have used Salesforce or similar platforms to drive process change
- Have experience with learning, L&D, or enterprise training services
- Have helped shape commercial or go-to-market strategy before
This is a high-impact, behind-the-scenes role for someone who wants to raise the bar for the team, the customer journey, and the commercial outcome.
