Regional Vice President of Sales, EMEA

London – Hybrid (3 days in office)

Base: £200k–£230k + 30% Bonus + Stock Options

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the region and drive accelerated revenue growth during a period of significant scale.

This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for a fast-growing, global commerce technology company. The VP Sales, EMEA will directly manage a team of five senior leaders, with overall responsibility for a regional sales organisation of approximately 100 people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, refine, and execute the EMEA GTM strategy, aligning closely with global leadership.
  • Drive sustained revenue growth and market expansion across key verticals.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of senior sales leaders and their organisations.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and operational rigour to support rapid growth.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment across the full customer journey.
  • Represent the EMEA sales organisation at the executive level and provide data-driven insights into performance and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of leading sales organisations of 70–100+ people, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Deep experience in designing and executing GTM strategies at regional scale.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth in dynamic markets.
  • Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain top commercial talent.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, with exceptional business acumen and execution discipline.
  • London-based or able to be in the London office three days a week.
