QA Certification Analyst – (Payments /Clearing)
Are you a technology enthusiast who thrives on solving complex, interconnected problems in the payments world? If you have hands-on EMV experience and an eye for detail in settlement and clearing, this role is for you.
As a Certification Analyst, you\\\’ll develop and execute custom test scripts, ensure compliance with certification requirements, and provide valuable feedback to engineering teams. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves problem-solving, and understands the intricacies of a payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning EMV certification from intake paperwork to test execution and submission.
- Reviewing and validating test cases for accuracy and compliance.
- Designing reusable automated test suites and frameworks for certification processes.
- Performing manual certification tests where automation isn\\\’t feasible.
- Configuring and testing payment terminals, mobile devices, applications, and SDKs.
- Using third-party certification tools (UL, VIABLE, EMV test cards) to execute and record results.
Essential Experience
- Experience in Certification & QA
- Strong knowledge of EMV transaction flows, payment terminal certification, and settlement/clearing processes.
- Ability to design and execute detailed test plans from scratch.
- Experience with REST APIs
- Basic networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Experience with UL EMV test tools is a significant plus.
