The Role
As a Business Process & Project Analyst, you will:
- Support business transformation projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Analyse and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist with system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on performance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and internal governance standards.
- Provide training and support to teams adopting new processes and systems.
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve system-related issues.
About You
You're a great fit if you have:
- A 3rd level qualification or equivalent business process/project experience.
- Experience in business process analysis and workflow optimisation.
- A basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- The ability to gather and interpret business requirements.
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential)
- Experience with business intelligence or process mapping tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based business applications.
- Exposure to automation and digital transformation initiatives.
