* Owning end to end financial tracking across a portfolio of projects and programmes
* Managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting
* Supporting governance processes, audits, financial controls, and capitalisation activities
* Managing and tracking project approval and funding processes
* Producing portfolio reporting, insights, and commentary for senior leadership
* Reviewing project documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
* Supporting PMO governance forums, meeting packs, actions, and reporting cycles
* Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to provide financial oversight and assurance What you'll bring:
* Experience working within a PMO, portfolio, or project finance environment
* Strong financial management and reporting experience across projects or programmes
* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present financial data clearly
* Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving delivery environment
* Experience supporting governance, assurance, or audit activities Nice to have:
* Experience within banking or financial services
* Knowledge of Agile or SAFe delivery environments
