The Role
This is a genuinely advisory-focused Personal Tax Manager position, joining a well-established private client team at an exciting stage of the firm's growth. Key Responsibilities
- Advise a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family businesses on complex personal tax matters
- Lead on tax planning and restructuring projects across a broad range of personal tax issues
- Provide strategic advice on residence and domicile, trusts, inheritance tax and capital gains tax
- Build and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the existing client base and beyond
- Work closely with other service lines to deliver joined-up advice to clients
- Contribute to the firm's growth strategy as a key member of the leadership team
What You'll Need
Essential:
- CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong personal tax background gained in practice
- Proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals and complex personal tax matters
- Confidence managing client relationships independently
Desirable:
- Experience with international tax matters including residence and domicile
