Sales Strategy & Growth Collaborate closely with partners to develop and maintain a thriving sales pipeline. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives such as account mapping, co-selling, and shared prospecting. Close high-value opportunities by identifying direct leads and leveraging partner channels. Analyse market trends to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential, boosting partner revenue streams. Essential Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in SaaS related sales roles. A track record of success in pre-sales or sales engineering roles, ideally within partner ecosystems. Proven ability to develop and strengthen relationships with technology and service providers. Expertise in SaaS and enterprise sales processes, with the technical acumen to convey AI-driven solutions effectively. Desirable Expertise Familiarity with managing relationships with partners like Five9, Genesys, or similar.
