Around 50 strong, highly experienced, and remote-first - with co-working spaces in Belfast and London. They're growing quickly and the people joining now will shape what the team looks like next.

The Role:

This is a senior front-end engineering position sitting within a collaborative, design-conscious team. You'll be building high-quality, performant user interfaces across client projects and internal products - working closely with back-end engineers, UX designers, and visual designers to deliver polished, accessible experiences that meet a consistently high bar. The work is technically varied: complex front-end architectures, server-side-rendered and statically-generated applications, API-connected UI layers, and component libraries built to last.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building responsive, accessible, mobile-first interfaces using HTML, CSS, SASS, and TypeScript.
  • Developing production-grade React applications, including SSR, App Router, and data fetching patterns.
  • Building and maintaining reusable component libraries with a focus on scalability, accessibility, and clean semantic code.
  • Translating Figma and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI.
  • Connecting front-end layers to REST and GraphQL APIs in close collaboration with back-end teams.
  • Writing clean, testable code and maintaining front-end test suites using Jest.
  • Optimising for performance, scalability, and smooth user interactions.
  • Communicating design and implementation decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

Essential:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience building production React applications.
  • Solid understanding of responsive, adaptive, and mobile-first design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and how they influence implementation.
  • Understanding of SEO principles relevant to front-end engineering.
Desirable:
  • Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) standards and best practices.
  • Experience with bundling and build tools such as Webpack or Babel.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.

The Package:

  • £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
  • EMI share options (HMRC-approved).
  • Remote-first with Belfast and UK co-working access.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Pension matched up to 8%.
  • BUPA Private Healthcare and Health Assessments.
  • Specsavers Corporate Eye Care.
