As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior Product Quality Lead to help ensure their products land well and perform reliably in the hands of real users. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience. You will bring structure and rigour to how products are validated before launch, helping the business make confident, well-informed release decisions.
Location and eligibility
This role is based in Belfast. Hybrid working is available where business needs allow. Fully remote arrangements are not on offer. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application; visa sponsorship is not available.
What the role involves
- Taking ownership of product readiness and release quality ahead of major launches and updates
- Defining how products should be tested at a system level, including what good looks like and when something is truly ready to ship
- Working across teams to ensure testing is well scoped, risks are understood, and decisions are grounded in evidence
- Partnering with programme and product leaders to shape release criteria and contribute to go / no-go decisions
- Identifying and communicating technical and quality risks clearly, with practical recommendations on how to address them
- Building on learnings from each release to improve how quality is managed across the wider portfolio
What we are looking for
- Experience in a quality, validation, or product readiness role within a technology or product-led business
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions
- A practical, outcome-focused mindset with strong attention to how products behave in real-world conditions
- Clear and effective communicator, able to present technical findings to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience contributing to launch or release processes, including working with cross-functional teams to define and meet readiness criteria
- Able to operate independently at a senior level, building credibility through expertise and good judgement
Background that could be relevant
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. Whether your experience is in hardware, software, connected products, platforms, or enterprise technology, what matters most is that you understand how complex systems behave and have a track record of helping teams ship with confidence. Experience in fast-moving, engineering-led environments is a plus.
Why this role
This is a role with real influence. You will not be buried in process or working in isolation; you will be a trusted voice in how the business makes release decisions. The team is ambitious, the products are genuinely interesting, and there is clear scope to shape how this function grows over time.
