They've built a fast-growing Managed Services and growing Cyber Security division making it an exciting time to join as this part of the business scales.

Role Overview

This is a consultative sales role built for someone who is already living and breathing IT Managed Services and Cyber Security sales, it isn't a transition role for a telecoms seller. You'll own new logo acquisition alongside cross-sell and renewal opportunities within an established customer base, backed by a dedicated in-house SDR team generating pre-qualified leads, with the freedom to self-source using sector-targeted data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert new business leads sourced by the in-house SDR team, and self-source additional opportunities from sector-targeted data
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities from cold outreach
  • Cross-sell IT Managed Services into an existing mobile and cloud voice customer base
  • Run discovery meetings, face to face and remote, to understand client challenges and requirements
  • Prepare proposals, pricing and contracts
  • Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies
  • Represent the business at networking events, partner meetings and industry forums

What You'll Need

Essential

  • 3+ years currently working in an IT Managed Services sales or account management role
  • Proven track record selling Managed IT Support contracts, Microsoft 365 licensing and cyber security fundamentals
  • Comfortable running end-to-end sales cycles, including tender submissions
