The Role This is the role for an engineer who is genuinely good with people and genuinely good with a keyboard. You will sit between customers and the core platform, running discovery, shaping what good looks like, and then building it rather than handing it over. Expect to be in rooms with senior stakeholders explaining trade-offs honestly, then back at your desk making the thing work. It suits someone who has grown tired of consultancy that stops at the slide deck.
