The Role

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role at the heart of a large, collaborative operational team. As Records Administrator, you'll take ownership of processing, filing and managing documentation within a centralised document management system, making sure information stays accurate, accessible and up to date at all times. You'll work full-time from the Belfast office during an initial settling-in period, moving to a hybrid pattern once you're up to speed β€” a great fit for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy and being part of a busy, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, save and file incoming documentation across a variety of document types
  • Perform accurate keeping of records organised and easily accessible
  • Complete day-to-day administrative requests and update cases within internal systems
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry
  • Draft clear, professional email communications to update relevant parties
  • Escalate queries and issues to the team lead or relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
