Whilst remaining firmly rooted as a firm doing exciting work across NI and ROI, the firm has grown massively in recent years on the international front, with a growing volume of work carrying a significant international reach, particularly from a US perspective. This is a firm building genuine scale and depth while still very much invested in its local market presence. The Role A senior advisory role within a growing Corporate Tax Advisory and Transactions team, leading complex restructures, shareholder exits and cross-border transaction work. With the client portfolio increasingly weighted towards US and international transactions, this role offers exposure well beyond what's typically available in the local market. Key Responsibilities Lead advisory engagements on corporate restructures, shareholder exits and complex transactions Take a senior role in tax due diligence on corporate transactions, advising on risk, exposure and structuring Advise on international tax structuring, including withholding taxes, debt financing and cross-border group structures Build and develop relationships with international teams and referral networks Play a leading role in developing junior team members as the team scales What You'll Need Essential: ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification Significant corporate tax advisory or transactions experience Track record managing complex client relationships at a senior level Desirable: Experience with US-inbound or international transactions Existing network or referral relationships supporting international deal flow Why Apply Serious, sustained exposure to US and international transactions Clearly defined progression beyond Associate Director Flexible hybrid working For more information on this role, or any other Tax position, please contact Gemma Murphy.
