- Strong Markets / Capital Markets experience
- Core expertise in Trade Surveillance and controls development
- Hands-on experience with Transaction Monitoring
- Experience with Market Abuse surveillance
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in surveillance and monitoring areas
