The Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join the team in Belfast, working in a hybrid capacity at an international cloud software company. This is an account management-focused role, responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients across the German-speaking market. You'll build strong, lasting relationships with your accounts, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell - all while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the German market, acting as the main point of contact
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base
  • Manage renewals and proactively work to maximise client retention
  • Liaise between German-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience

  • Stay close to market trends and client feedback to inform account strategy
