  • Analyse D365 processes and make recommendations that resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create, maintain, and contribute to project documentation across the full programme lifecycle.
  • Assist with data migration including cleansing, template design, population, and post-upload verification.
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts, support users through UAT, and participate in triage sessions to resolve issues.
  • Support the business during go-live cut-over, providing hands-on advice and user support.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training, presenting functional solutions in a clear and accessible way.
  • Ensure data integrity across business systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, structured approach to working across functions.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
  • Desirable: ERP integration experience.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Why Apply?
