About the Company
Our client is an established and growing organisation in Northern Ireland, currently undertaking a significant digital transformation programme across their group. With a strong emphasis on corporate governance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, they are investing heavily in modernising their business systems and need the right people to help them get there. This is a business that takes development seriously and offers genuine scope to grow with the programme.

The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting within the Digital Transformation team and reporting to the Head of Business Systems. From requirements gathering and process mapping through to UAT support, user training, and post-go-live helpdesk, this role spans the full project lifecycle. You will become a trusted point of contact for the systems you support, working closely with Business Unit Directors to help them achieve their goals and bridging the gap between operational needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and use case scenarios.
  • Analyse fit-gap between current and target processes, working with the ERP team and subject matter experts to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Analyse D365 processes and make recommendations that resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create, maintain, and contribute to project documentation across the full programme lifecycle.
  • Assist with data migration including cleansing, template design, population, and post-upload verification.
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts, support users through UAT, and participate in triage sessions to resolve issues.
  • Support the business during go-live cut-over, providing hands-on advice and user support.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training, presenting functional solutions in a clear and accessible way.
  • Ensure data integrity across business systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

What You'll Need

  • Essential: 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
  • A comprehensive understanding of business systems and ERP platforms.
  • Proven ERP implementation experience.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, structured approach to working across functions.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
  • Desirable: ERP integration experience.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Why Apply?
