A major business transformation programme is underway, and we're looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys solving operational challenges through technology. This opportunity sits within a dedicated transformation function responsible for modernising systems, improving processes and delivering strategic change across a multi-business organisation. You'll work directly with operational leaders, subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure new technology investments deliver measurable business value.
This role offers the chance to become a key contributor to a large-scale ERP journey, helping shape how teams operate for years to come. You'll be involved from discovery and analysis through to implementation, training and ongoing optimisation. Rather than simply gathering requirements, you'll be expected to challenge existing processes, identify efficiencies and help drive adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities
- Mapping business processes and documenting future-state workflows
- Facilitating workshops and requirements sessions with users across multiple business functions
- Supporting ERP design decisions by analysing business requirements and recommending solutions
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives
- Assisting with data migration activities, validation exercises and process testing
- Supporting user acceptance testing and issue resolution activities
- Developing user guides, training materials and supporting business readiness activities
- Providing post-implementation support and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Acting as a bridge between operational teams and technology delivery functions
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Process Analyst role
- Exposure to ERP systems and transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements, business processes and user journeys
- Ability to analyse complex problems and recommend practical solutions
- A proactive approach with strong organisational skills
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 exposure
- Experience supporting ERP migrations or upgrades
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
- Experience working within transformation or change programmes
- Degree qualification or equivalent commercial experience
What's On Offer
- Salary up to £60,000
- Exposure to a high-profile transformation programme
- Opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders
- Long-term career progression within a growing team
- Hybrid working environment
- Investment in training and professional development
If you're looking for a role where you can influence business change, work on meaningful transformation projects and develop your ERP expertise, we'd be keen to speak with you.
