Senior or Principal-level TPM role at a fast-scaling AI-powered software company. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for intelligent, AI-driven testing systems. Deep technical scope across AI/ML, APIs, distributed systems and platform architecture. Fully remote working with genuine autonomy and trust. Competitive salary, equity opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

About the Company

Our client is a high-growth technology company at the forefront of AI-powered test automation, transforming how software teams deliver at scale. With a mission-driven, people-first culture and a remote-first approach, they are building genuinely innovative products that sit at the intersection of AI, machine learning and modern software delivery. This is a business where technical ambition meets commercial momentum, and where the work you do has a real and measurable impact on how the world ships software.

The Role

This is a senior individual contributor role for a Technical Product Manager who wants to operate at the deep end of AI-powered product development. You will own the technical product strategy and roadmap for complex, AI-driven systems, working at the intersection of product, engineering and machine learning. Partnering closely with engineering leadership, you will drive architecture decisions, define system behaviours, and translate complex business problems into scalable platform solutions. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog from a distance; it requires genuine technical depth, sharp systems thinking and the confidence to make critical tradeoffs across scalability, performance and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered systems, aligning platform capabilities with customer needs and business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from system design and requirements through delivery, experimentation and iteration.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable system solutions including APIs, data flows, system behaviours and edge cases.
  • Partner with engineering to drive architecture decisions and technical tradeoffs across scalability, performance, reliability and cost.
  • Drive development of AI/ML-powered features, defining evaluation frameworks, feedback loops and continuous improvement processes in non-deterministic environments.
  • Define and monitor system and product-level metrics to measure performance, user impact and business outcomes.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on technical feasibility, business impact and user feedback, managing dependencies and execution sequencing.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks, ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between product and engineering, aligning stakeholders and driving clear, decisive execution.

What You'll Need

Essential

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record owning technical, platform or AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs and distributed systems, with the ability to engage in technical design and system-level decision-making.
  • Experience working closely with engineering on complex technical domains such as AI/ML systems, DevOps or infrastructure.
  • Ability to define clear technical requirements and system behaviours, breaking complex initiatives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Demonstrated experience prioritising work based on technical feasibility, business impact and user feedback.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product and system decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driving alignment across cross-functional teams.

Desirable

  • Experience with agent-based or LLM-powered systems including orchestration, evaluation and feedback loops.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure) and modern software delivery pipelines.
  • Agentic AI experience and technical understanding of AI models and agents.

Why Apply?

  • Competitive salary with equity opportunities at a high-growth AI company.
  • Fully remote working with real autonomy and a genuine trust-first culture.
  • Mission-driven environment building products that are changing how software is delivered globally.
  • Strong investment in your development, with real scope to grow your role and career.
  • Inclusive, people-first culture where diverse perspectives are valued.
  • Comprehensive benefits package supporting your wellbeing and financial future.
