UK Field Based – Covering Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool Territory. Our client, a cloud-based commerce platform helping businesses manage sales, inventory, and payments, is experiencing a period of hyper-growth and expanding its commercial leadership team. We are now hiring a Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of 8–10 Field Sales Executives across the Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool regions.
As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll own regional sales performance, coach and support your team through the full sales cycle, and help shape commercial strategy while becoming an expert in the UK hospitality sector.
What You’ll Do:- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 8–10 Field Sales Executives across the North West region.
- Become an expert in the UK hospitality industry and stay informed of market trends and competitors.
- Oversee the full sales cycle across your team: lead generation, value-based selling, in-person meetings, negotiation, and closing.
- Support your team in delivering high-quality product demos and maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
- Drive regional sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular field visits with reps to provide coaching, feedback, and support on key customer meetings.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to develop and execute regional growth strategies.
- Attend industry and networking events to build pipeline and market presence.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring field-based sales teams, ideally in technology, SaaS, or solution-led sales environments.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing robust sales pipelines.
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and CRM management (Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-development skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing organisation.
- High energy, resilient attitude, and a passion for coaching and building successful teams.
