Role: Technical Support EngineerAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer care. You will support clients across dynamic cloud environments, ensuring their experience is seamless and impactful.
What you will do:- Provide fast, accurate support via Slack, chat, and email to resolve technical challenges.
- Diagnose complex problems and collaborate with R&D/Product teams on escalations.
- Build trusted relationships while educating customers on features and best practices.
