They are continuing to invest heavily in engineering capability and platform evolution, and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can shape both the frontend systems and the standards that will carry the platform forward. This is a serious engineering environment with serious frontend challenges worth solving. The Role This is a high-impact role for an engineer who acts as a technical force multiplier rather than a line manager. You will lead the design and evolution of scalable frontend architectures in React, TypeScript and JavaScript, contribute across the wider full stack where needed, and help define the long-term technical direction of the organisation.
