UK Field Based – Covering Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool Territory
Our client, a cloud-based commerce platform helping businesses manage sales, inventory, and payments, is experiencing a period of hyper-growth and expanding its commercial leadership team.
We are now hiring a Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of 8–10 Field Sales Executives across the Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool regions.
As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll own regional sales performance, coach and support your team through the full sales cycle, and help shape commercial strategy while becoming an expert in the UK hospitality sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 8–10 Field Sales Executives across the North West region.
- Become an expert in the UK hospitality industry and stay informed of market trends and competitors.
- Oversee the full sales cycle across your team: lead generation, value-based selling, in-person meetings, negotiation, and closing.
- Support your team in delivering high-quality product demos and maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
- Drive regional sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
