My client, a leader in the technology training industry, is seeking a Customer Success Lead to oversee relationships with a portfolio of high-profile financial and technology clients. Role Overview

As a Customer Success Lead, you'll take ownership of client success across several major accounts. You'll ensure smooth delivery of learning programmes, lead client strategy sessions, and guide internal teams to exceed client expectations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape the company's approach to client engagement as it continues to grow within the capital markets sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
