They build a sophisticated KYC and compliance intelligence platform on a modern event-driven microservices architecture, working at startup pace with a senior, focused team.
There is no heavy process layer here, you will work directly with engineering, product and senior leadership, and what you deliver will be visible immediately.
The Role This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys being close to the work rather than managing it from a distance.
You will coordinate software delivery across the full development lifecycle, keep sprints moving, maintain a healthy backlog, and ensure clients and stakeholders always have a clear picture of progress and risk.
There is also a business analysis dimension you will translate ambiguous discussions into clear requirements, write user stories, and help the product and engineering team stay focused on what matters.
The role will evolve over time for the right person, with genuine scope to take on more product ownership as you find your feet.
If you are the kind of person who takes notes without being asked, chases blockers without prompting, and keeps people honest without being political, this was written for you.
