Field Sales Representative (Hospitality)
About the Role:
My client is looking for a Field Sales Account Executive to join their growing UK hospitality team. This role requires a strong physical presence across Manchester, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
The hospitality team is in hyper-growth mode, having refined and optimised processes at a smaller scale. Now is the time to expand the team and reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in the UK hospitality industry, understanding trends and market dynamics.
- Monitor competitors, their products, and marketing strategies.
- Research, forecast sales, and develop sales strategies tailored to your catchment area.
- Convert prospects into customers using in-person sales methods such as door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand business challenges and pain points.
- Deliver engaging in-person demonstrations of hospitality products.
- Maintain up-to-date records within Salesforce CRM.
- Process sales quotes and deadlines with accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies based on market insights.
- Drive performance to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven field sales and outbound sales experience, ideally in a solution-sales or technology-related environment.
- Strong background in hospitality and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for pipeline management.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a results-driven attitude.
