My client, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth by helping customers get the most out of a cutting-edge SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the platform
  • Proactively manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and mitigate risk
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless and personalised customer experience
  • Monitor key metrics such as usage, health scores, and renewal cycles to drive customer outcomes and retention
  • Champion customer feedback internally to influence product improvements and company strategy
  • Run regular check-ins, business reviews, and tailored training sessions to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience working with a SaaS product in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools
  • A passion for technology and the ability to quickly understand complex software products
