The Role: As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, booking appointments, and qualifying leads for our sales team. If you are confident, proactive, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategy
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in a sales, BDR, or client-facing role (preferred but not essential)
