The Role

As Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering smarter, more efficient business systems that support continuous improvement and competitive advantage. From ERP to MES and everything in between, you’ll analyse requirements, support existing platforms, and deliver new solutions that improve performance and productivity across all factories and functions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and act as the bridge between operations and IT, helping to turn business needs into technical change.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analysing business processes and designing systems-based solutions
  • Supporting the implementation, training and rollout of system change
  • Acting as 2nd line support for ERP, MES and related systems
  • Creating detailed documentation for change requests and user guidance
  • Collaborating with internal customers across all levels of the organisation
  • Helping improve and exploit existing systems and tools
  • Working with IT and Business Systems colleagues to develop solutions with measurable business value

Your Technical Skills:

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • A background in business systems or IT solution delivery
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple business levels
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES or other large business system environments
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • The ability to manage your own workload and work independently

Desirable (but not essential):

  • 3+ years’ experience in an ERP or business systems role
  • Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
  • Business or IT qualification
  • Experience with Marel Innova (AXIN), BC365 or SI tools
  • 3rd level qualification
  • Full driving licence
