The business is expanding its Product & Design organisation and is now seeking a UX Designer who can deliver thoughtful, user-centred experiences across both mobile and web products. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must have access to the Northern Ireland office for collaboration, workshops, and periodic in-person sessions. You will join a team where design quality is valued, user research is embedded, and cross-functional collaboration is mature. The role is suited to a designer who enjoys combining practical UX craft with product thinking and iterative delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading UX design across multiple applications and feature sets, including rebuilds, feature-parity projects, and new product initiatives
  • Conducting user research, interviews, feedback analysis, and usability testing to validate decisions
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for both mobile and web contexts
  • Collaborating closely with engineering teams to refine UI behaviours and ensure high-quality implementation
  • Managing and evolving design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable components
  • Partnering with Product to shape PRDs, contribute to roadmaps, and support strategic planning
  • Facilitating design reviews, cross-team workshops, and alignment sessions
  • Leveraging AI tools to accelerate UX workflows, ideation, research synthesis, and productivity
  • Contributing to team culture through mentoring apprentices, leading knowledge-sharing, and supporting collaborative practices

What You Will Bring

  • Proven UX design experience delivering end-to-end product work across mobile and web platforms
  • Strong capability in user-centred design methods: interviews, journey mapping, discovery, usability testing, and insight synthesis
  • Deep proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Experience with design systems, pattern libraries, and maintaining consistent interaction logic
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering teams in agile/lean environments
  • Clear communicator able to present design decisions and drive alignment
  • Strong product mindset - comfortable contributing to product requirements, discovery, and roadmap discussions
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro, FigJam, Notion, ProdPad, and UserVoice
  • A balance of strategic thinking and meticulous design execution
  • Exposure to marketing asset creation, visual design, and brand-aligned collateral is beneficial

Tech & Tools

  • Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, High/Low Fidelity Prototyping
  • Collaboration: Miro, FigJam, Notion, ProdPad, UserVoice
  • Research: Interviews, usability testing, NPS analysis, personas, journey mapping
  • Product: PRD creation, roadmap input, feature parity, UX strategy
