As they continue to invest in their product function, they're hiring a Product Manager to take real ownership of strategy and delivery. This role suits someone who blends commercial thinking with hands on execution, a Product professional who can define vision, prioritise effectively, and work cross functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll be doing:
- Define and shape product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
- Lead discovery, turning customer problems into clear product opportunities
- Own and prioritise the product backlog using structured frameworks (e.g. RICE)
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial and Customer teams
- Drive iterative delivery using Agile methodologies
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy
