The Role:
This is a hands-on Staff Software Engineer position sitting at the intersection of technical delivery and engineering leadership. You will contribute directly to the design and build of scalable backend systems while mentoring and guiding a team of engineers around you. This is not a purely managerial step up; it is a role for someone who still wants to be close to the code while also shaping how the wider team thinks and works. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their technical growth and day-to-day delivery.
- Design and build scalable, high-availability backend systems and APIs.
