It's been named a Great Place to Work in the US, Australia, India, Lithuania, France, Germany and the UK, a reflection of how it treats the people building that growth.

You'll lead software initiatives from concept to delivery, set the technical bar for the team, and mentor engineers as you go.

- Drive engineering best practice across the wider team.
- Build analytical dashboards and data visualisations used directly by clients.
- Mentor engineers and support their technical growth.
- Partner cross-team to keep performance and reliability high at scale.
Essential:
- 7+ years building and supporting scalable, distributed systems with open-source tools.
- Hands-on OOP experience (Java/C++) plus a scripting language (Python/Ruby).
- Experience writing complex SQL (PostgreSQL a plus).
- Experience with an API framework such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with a public cloud provider, AWS preferred.
- Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
Desirable:

- Systems used at genuinely global scale, nearly 10,000 reports a week.
- A company independently certified as a Great Place to Work in seven countries.
