This role sits within a high-performing enterprise systems team focused on evolving a complex Salesforce ecosystem that supports critical business operations. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions. What Youll Be Doing:
- Analysing and documenting complex business processes and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Designing end-to-end solutions across Salesforce, including data models, security models, and automation
- Collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Supporting development teams with solution design, best practices, and architectural guidance
- Creating proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and demonstrate platform capabilities
- Driving best practices across design, including governance of AI-assisted development and code validation
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and delivering end-to-end ownership
- Supporting the wider Salesforce environment, including troubleshooting and high-priority issue resolution
- Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling, applying improvements where relevant
What Youll Bring:
- 6+ years experience in Salesforce analysis, administration, or development roles
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Experience with data modelling, security design, and automation using Flow
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple workstreams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows and validating outputs
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Desirable:
- Experience with Lightning components
- Exposure to additional Salesforce products such as Voice, quoting, or e-signature solutions
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
