What You'll Be Doing
As a Salesforce Senior Analyst I, you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology translating complex stakeholder requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams across multiple workstreams, bringing both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery to everything you do. This is a high-autonomy role where your design decisions will directly shape the direction of a business-critical platform.
Your Impact
- Analyse and document complex business processes, translating requirements into scalable, well-designed Salesforce solutions
- Design end-to-end solutions spanning data models, security models, and platform automation
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle
- Provide architectural guidance and solution design support to development teams, championing best practices throughout
- Build proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and demonstrate platform capabilities to stakeholders
- Drive governance of AI-assisted development practices, ensuring outputs are critically reviewed and validated
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining clear priorities and end-to-end ownership
- Support the broader Salesforce environment, including troubleshooting and resolution of high-priority issues
- Monitor Salesforce releases and emerging tooling, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the platform
What We're Looking For
Essential- 6+ years' experience in Salesforce analysis, administration, or development
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and governance
- Strong experience with data modelling, security design, and Flow-based automation
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to critically evaluate outputs
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building Lightning components
- Exposure to additional Salesforce products such as Voice, quoting, or e-signature solutions
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
