This role will see you working on a major platform transformation within the insurance space, helping to deliver a modern, best-in-class technology solution. You will play a key role in shaping requirements, driving delivery and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear deliverables
- Support the delivery of a large-scale platform transformation
- Collaborate with engineering, product and QA teams in an Agile environment
- Facilitate workshops, user story creation and backlog management
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Person We Are Looking For
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments
- Experience working on complex platform or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture
- Background in insurance or financial services is advantageous
