Ocho is partnering with a highly regarded software house to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join a well-established, high-performing team. This role will see you working on a major platform transformation within the insurance space, helping to deliver a modern, best-in-class technology solution. You will play a key role in shaping requirements, driving delivery and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear deliverables
  • Support the delivery of a large-scale platform transformation
  • Collaborate with engineering, product and QA teams in an Agile environment
  • Facilitate workshops, user story creation and backlog management
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Person We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments
  • Experience working on complex platform or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture
  • Background in insurance or financial services is advantageous
