You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing a Salesforce environment that underpins critical business operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, developing, and deploying enhancements across the Salesforce platform
- Building custom functionality including Apex classes, triggers, flows, and Lightning components
- Supporting and improving Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Cloud environments
- Contributing across the full software development lifecycle from requirements through to deployment and support
- Applying best practices using tools such as SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and version control systems
- Leveraging modern development approaches including CI/CD and behaviour-driven development
- Using AI tools to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks, while validating outputs
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Supporting releases and deployments across test and production environments
- Contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years experience in Salesforce development
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and platform customisation
- Solid knowledge of Apex, triggers, flows, and Lightning components
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs
- Familiarity with modern development tooling such as Git and CLI-based workflows
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and the ability to critically assess outputs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Salesforce Developer certification
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field
