- Support development teams to ensure well-architected, best practice Salesforce implementations
- Build proof of concepts to validate ideas and demonstrate platform capabilities
- Drive best practice adoption, including governance around AI-assisted development and code quality
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Salesforce platform and wider ecosystem
- Act as a key contributor across cross-functional delivery teams, including troubleshooting and high-priority issue resolution
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and AI tooling advancements, bringing innovation into the business where relevant
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years' experience in a Salesforce Analyst / Developer / Admin capacity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform capabilities
- Proven experience across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation
- Ability to design across data models, security models, and system integrations
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools, with the ability to review and validate outputs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
- Lightning Component experience
- Exposure to quoting, e-signature, or voice solutions within Salesforce
- Experience in product-led or scaling environments
Why This Role?
- High-impact position with ownership across end-to-end solution delivery
- Opportunity to work in a modern, product-driven environment
- Strong focus on innovation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement
