Their platform sits at the heart of Pillar Two compliance, a new worldwide tax regime that has created a significant and growing book of work across their client base. With offices in Belfast and London, they combine deep domain expertise with modern technology, and they invest properly in developing their people... several of their best delivery consultants joined without any prior tax knowledge at all. The Role This is a great next step for someone with SaaS implementation experience who wants to build a career working with major enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, ask the right questions when something doesn't add up, and translate what they need into technical implementations on the platform. The technology side is deliberately accessible... the SQL involved is not complex, and full training is provided, on both the platform and the tax and compliance context behind it. What matters most is a genuine track record delivering SaaS implementations, strong client communication skills, and the curiosity to learn a new domain. Key Responsibilities Support and own client implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle Gather and document client requirements, asking questions where something doesn't look right Configure client solutions on the platform, including basic SQL Support user acceptance testing, training and post-go-live handover Collaborate with product, engineering and senior delivery colleagues to resolve client issues Build your knowledge of Pillar Two and global tax compliance through hands-on client work What You'll Need Essential: Experience delivering SaaS implementations, onboarding, or client facing technical delivery Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into a configured solution Willingness to learn new tools and pick up basic SQL (prior SQL experience helpful but not essential) Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients Based in or able to commute to Belfast 3 days per week Desirable / Nice to Have: Some exposure to tax, accounting, or financial services (not required) Hands-on SQL experience in a commercial setting Experience working with enterprise or regulated clients Why Apply?
