We are working exclusively with a well-established international professional services organisation based in Belfast to recruit a Records Administrator to join their busy operational team. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role sitting within a large, collaborative team. You will be responsible for processing, filing and managing documentation within a centralised document management system, ensuring that information is accurate, accessible and up to date at all times. The role is full-time, in-office for an initial settling-in period, after which a hybrid working arrangement is available.
The Role
- Receiving, saving and filing incoming documentation across a variety of document types
- Performing accurate data entry and keeping records organised and easily accessible
- Completing day-to-day administrative requests and updating cases within internal systems
- Compiling, sorting and verifying the accuracy of data prior to entry
- Drafting clear, professional email communications to provide updates to relevant parties
- Escalating queries and issues to the team lead or relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals
- Initiative and good judgement when it comes to problem-solving and escalation
- GCSEs in English and Maths (minimum requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
