What you'll be doing:

  • Owning end to end financial tracking across a portfolio of projects and programmes
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • Supporting governance processes, audits, financial controls, and capitalisation activities
  • Managing and tracking project approval and funding processes
  • Producing portfolio reporting, insights, and commentary for senior leadership
  • Reviewing project documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Supporting PMO governance forums, meeting packs, actions, and reporting cycles
  • Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to provide financial oversight and assurance

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working within a PMO, portfolio, or project finance environment
  • Strong financial management and reporting experience across projects or programmes
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present financial data clearly
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving delivery environment
  • Experience supporting governance, assurance, or audit activities

Nice to have:

  • Experience within banking or financial services
  • Knowledge of Agile or SAFe delivery environments
  • Exposure to enterprise change or transformation portfolios
