You'll be the go-to person for everything from facilities and supplier management to supporting senior leadership and helping the wider team work effectively. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers. Manage office budgets, ordering and expenses. Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements as needed. Support HR-related administration, such as onboarding new starters. Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries from staff and visitors. What You'll Need Essential: Proven experience in an office management or senior administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Confident managing budgets, suppliers and facilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels. Comfortable working independently and using initiative to solve problems. Nice to have: Experience supporting HR or onboarding processes.
